Return & Cancellation Rules

Returns

We want you to love your Ray-X purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, or damage will not be eligible for return.

• Products purchased during clearance, promotional sales, or marked as Final Sale cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to product availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If a cancellation is approved before shipment, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

Once your returned item passes our quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
